How to save time and start building in 12 weeks

SELECT YOUR NEW HOME DESIGN, INCLUSIONS + PAY DEPOSIT

Choose from our award-winning collection of home designs and organise the initial $3,000 deposit.

CONTRACT SIGNING

We'll now prepare your contract, ready for sign off.

COUNCIL APPLICATION LODGED

We'll submit your plans and relevant documentation with our private certifier for council approval.

EVOLVE SELECTION STUDIO APPOINTMENT

Here comes the exciting part! Discover the most innovative, comprehensive display of design trends at our Evolve Selection Studio, with one of our experienced Interior Design Consultants to guide you through.

SIGN OFF ON CONSTRUCTION PLANS + ANY VARIATIONS

We'll prepare costings for any additional inclusions ready for final sign off, along with the construction plans.

FINANCE APPROVALS

Now we need your finance approval documents as we gear up for commencement onsite and start the ordering process for your new home.

COMMENCEMENT

Congratulations, now we're ready to schedule the start date for your new home build!
